Recently, the Women’s Care Center was able to celebrate with Joe & Jackie Weinberg. The couple has been long time and faithful volunteers of the Women’s Care Center. Joe & Jackie decided to mark their 37th wedding anniversary by renewing their vows and allowing us to be a part of it.
With Pastor Jay Walsh officiating, Joe and Jackie shared their vows and explained the meaning of their rings. The “Purity of Gold” symbolizes the purity of their love for each other. The “Dove” represents God’s Spirit reaching down to bless their relationship. The “Grapevine” means the intertwining of their lives into one and the “Circle” signifies God’s love surrounding the two of them forever and ever.
It was a beautiful ceremony, and it was a joy for our ladies to hear the beautiful testimony of their love and their desire to have a God-centered marriage, honoring Him in all that they say and do. Our ladies have learned so much from Joe and Jackie, not only in their classes and Bible studies but also in the way they live their lives. The Women’s Care Center is truly blessed by all of our volunteers… and our volunteers are like family.
