We Are Better Together

“Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken” (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 NLT).

We all have heard the phrase “We are better together”. Seeing that truth lived out with our Samaritan Inn families is a joy. We rejoice in seeing how the Lord fulfills His word like what is written in Ecclesiastes 4 in the ordinary daily lives of our families.

We are believing that our families will not only grow in their relationship with the Lord but also in good friendships with one another. We also believe it is a delight for the Lord to see His children, from the youngest to the oldest, learning to walk together hand in hand and heart to heart. His presence with them in their “better together” brings His promise that a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.
