Today is Veteran’s Day, and we at the Christian Care Center would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to and for the countless men and women who have given so much for our country! We think of the many branches of our military serving throughout so many years. So many have paid the highest cost of laying down their lives; others are still present on this earth but carry a tremendous weight as they reflect on difficult memories that were made while they were fighting to protect our nation and our freedom. To all of you – please know that we have not forgotten your service and your sacrifice, and we will never forget! Thank you, veterans, for paying the price you paid so that we can continue to be “one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all”. Today we remember you, we thank you and we honor you.
