"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, 21 to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen" Ephesians 3:20-21.
God showed his goodness to the Samaritan Inn over the last few months. We had a special need that we could not meet alone, so, we asked the community for help. We had a space that needed major repair, if it would ever be useful as more than a storage area. At the same time, we needed a larger area for a blended family who currently serves here at the Samaritan Inn.
The outpouring of love for our ministry was evident in the gracious generosity of financial support from our community. The collection taken for our single-unit renovation was enough to cover the entire cost, but God's love did not stop there. Refined Renovations Inc. had it on their hearts to do the labor for no charge! Making it possible to do many more projects!
Just as Jesus multiplied 5 loaves and 2 fish to feed over 5,000 with 12 baskets of leftovers, He multiplied our resources to do exceedingly and abundantly above what we had asked. Soon after the completion of the initial renovations, the Village Park campus Service Team of First Baptist Leesburg contacted us to see how they could help. With their assistance and God's provision, we were able to update every unit with new lights, ceiling fans, and blinds. We are also able to replace an old fence with a new fence, as well as put a fresh coat of paint on all of our doors.
We are so grateful for God’s provision and all of your support, so, from the bottom of our hearts…Thank you!
