Jen is a recent graduate of the Women’s Care Center. She said “God’s grace and mercy saved me from the depths of pain and addiction – Praise Jesus for the gift of redemption and the opportunity to grow in Christ.”
Prior to coming to the Women’s Care Center, Jen spent weeks in a coma. She wasn’t expected to live but God had other plans. Physical recovery took time. Mental healing took time. Spiritual growth is ongoing! But God!
Jen successfully completed her program and returned home to continue restoring family relationships and begin her next chapter. She is working on getting her CNA certification and also hoping to still take part in ministry events here as well. Even though she is living in a different city, she knows the value of Christian fellowship and the positive relationships that were built here.
Jen keeps in touch with our Life Coach and seeks wise council for most decisions. She recently surprised us with a visit to Sunday morning bible study, church and was even able to stay for lunch and a sweet visit afterwards.
Being a part of the Women’s Care Center is like being a part of the family. That relationship doesn’t end when you go back home. Our ladies are encouraged to stay connected, stay accountable and continue walking the walk that God created them for. If you have any questions about the Women’s Care Center or how you can partner with us – either prayerfully or financially, call our Director, Sherry Stewart at (352) 787-8929. Let us tell you more about the miracles that we see daily!
