It Is Finished

Many times, when families arrive at the Samaritan Inn they not only come with their suitcase of belongings but also the “emotional baggage” of repeated cycles of pain, trauma, and brokenness. Each mom and dad at Samaritan Inn participate in an individual case plan that is structured so that we can point them to Jesus… so He can break those cycles and give them His healing, wholeness, and purpose.

Recently, one of our ladies experienced God’s freedom from a viscous cycle of trauma and shame. When the reality set in of God’s love and truth having set her free, she gratefully said, “It is finished!” She knew without a doubt that Jesus’ redemptive work on the cross and His resurrection from the tomb had secured her freedom and wholeness!
