This year for Christmas our families at the Samaritan Inn were able to share in one of our best Christmases since I became the Director here over 3 years ago! It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with and have the support of so many members and businesses within not only Leesburg, but Lake County as a whole, team up with us! The kids received an overwhelming amount of love from donors! We were even so fortunate to have what we like to believe was the “Real Santa” come in on Christmas Eve and make the night even more special than it already it was. With COVID putting a lot of things on hold, we were a little bit overwhelmed at times, but the Lord saw us through the entire process and made it a beautiful time for all involved.
If you partnered with us in 2020, as there are too many people to name individually, we want to just tell you how much we love you and appreciate you. As we move into the New Year, please continue to pray for our families as they look to transition back into society stabilized and encouraged. We are so excited with what the Lord is going to do in 2021, and we are excited for those who will continue to volunteer and support this ministry. We are looking for current crafts volunteers on Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.
